If the products that you have purchased on socust.com website are wrongly described, then you can return the products to us within 60 workdays from receiving date. We will refund your purchase price, or ship a new one to you within 7 days if following conditions are fulfilled.

We do not issue the refund if:

Order Cancellation & Change
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hours after your payment completed. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can be no longer cancelled. Because our system is fully automated. Once your order is completed, our shipping carrier will take the item and deliver it to your address immediately.
